windows的 cmd 用iperf3, 就下载windows的包，然后把他解压放在C:\Windows\System32然后你就可以在windows的cmd窗口使用iperf3啦.

tcping 接受的服务器地址 端口windows/curl
windows/curl
windows的 cmd 用curl, 就下载windows的包，然后把/bin里面的文件解压放在C:\Windows\System32然后你就可以在windows的cmd窗口使用curl啦.
